Law Cards
Ensure compliance! Order today and post. To limit a lodging's liability for loss of a guest's personal property, the lodging operator must provide safekeeping facilities and post proper notice in three or more public and conspicuous places within the establishment, notifying guests of those facilities. WSH&LA's Law Cards meet all posting requirements of the statute.

If a theft occurs and the guest has been informed of the safekeeping facilities through the required postings and has chosen not to utilize those facilities, then the lodging operator is not liable for the loss of property.

Each card measures 11 by 14 inches and is suitable for framing. There are three cards per package.
