2009 Convention Highlights

This year’s Annual Convention, Trade Show and Golf Tournament was at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on the Seattle waterfront, featuring 180-degree panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains, Mt. Rainier, Puget Sound’s Elliott Bay and the Seattle skyline.

2009 Golf Tournament

Golf Tournament at Harbour Pointe Golf Club in Mukilteo, a par-72 Oki Course, featuring stunning views, incredible design and immaculate conditions. Selected by Golf Digest in 1996 as the second best golf facility in the Northwest. Harbour Pointe offers two distinctive nines. The front nine is relatively flat, and the back nine set in rolling hills with huge evergreen trees.

2009 Program

Industry experts provided proven techniques, valuable insights and essential tools in lively seminars and workshops. Workshops were offered on topics such as web marketing and electronic distribution trends, sales performance, creating a culture of customer service, and managing and empowering your team. These innovative strategies are being implemented by the lodging operators who joined us for these stellar programs and are sure to enhance their bottom line!
